1. Who you are contracting with

AcharaSutra ("AcharaSutra", "we", "us") provides a web service for creating digital wedding invitations and managing guest lists, seating and check-in. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using AcharaSutra on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you are using it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to enter a contract.

2. What you get

Events are activated with a licence code issued by AcharaSutra. Without a licence, an event runs in trial mode: you can design the invitation and add a small number of guests, but the public link, guest imports, live check-in and PDF reports stay locked. An activated event has no subscription and no expiry — it stays live with unlimited guests, unlimited RSVPs, seating, check-in, PDF reports and (where enabled) playland waivers. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own events.

3. Licence codes and invoicing

Licence codes are issued as part of an AcharaSutra engagement or on request through your event console. Each code activates one event and cannot be resold or transferred. Fees, invoicing and tax are agreed with you directly before a code is issued; refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password and any event PINs confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account. Staff PINs give access to check-in for your event only — share them carefully.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use AcharaSutra to:

• break any law, or send unlawful, fraudulent or spam messages;
• upload content you do not have the rights to, or that infringes anyone's intellectual property;
• interfere with the service's security — no malware, probing, scraping or circumventing technical limits;
• resell, redistribute or reverse engineer the service.

You are responsible for the guest data you upload, including having a lawful basis to store guests' names, phone numbers and email addresses.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the guest data, photos and text you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service to you.

7. Our intellectual property

We retain ownership of AcharaSutra, including its software, card templates, design and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers that ownership to you.

8. Service availability

We work hard to keep AcharaSutra available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. If we terminate your account you may request an export of your guest data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it. You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

11. General

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
